Insert the_date tag into Wordpress post title

Hello.
What I need to do is very simple: just as written above, I need to change a post title structure so that it contain the date (<?php the_date('d M y'); ?> or <?php echo date('m/d, y'); ?>).
My Wordpress theme is this: [url removed, login to view]
Files to modify are probably [url removed, login to view] (<div id="post-<?php the_ID() ?>" <?php post_class('dp100') ?>><?php the_title( '<h2 class="entry-title"><a href="' . esc_url( get_permalink() ) . '" rel="bookmark">', '</a></h2>'); ?>) and maybe also [url removed, login to view] (<div class="dp100 postlink"><?php the_title( '<h1 class="entry-title">', '</h1>' ); ?>).
Please, download the theme and test it by yourself with the modifications.
